Great location and rooms but service standards are inconsistent.
Pros: Location Cons: Facilities management, please limit unsupervised children in swimming pool or set specific kids free hours. Housekeeping staff mannerism is not discrete but forceful, not 5-star service. Concierge was excellent and charming. A huge problem is the damp inherent to the room, this is appalling.

The hotel is far from all the attractions, not recommended for sightseeing in Shanghai. There are better and cheaper opt
Pros: The hotel itself is good, the rooms are comfortable, let's not forget that this is indeed a 5-star hotel. Cons: But be prepared that they will first deduct almost half of the amount from you to secure the payment and then charge you even more than the price indicated on Booking.com, almost 1000 yuan more. A 5-star hotel is precisely evaluated based on the service, which is lacking here.
