Terrible accommodation - the worst not only in Mexico, but of all I have ever booked.

It was definitely the worst accommodation in Mexico out of 13 tried and also the worst accommodation out of almost 100 different ones around the world that I booked through booking.com. We didn't see any staff at all. We communicated via Whatsup and it took 3 hours and 37 minutes from our arrival to check-in to get what was ordered. The owner apologized for being at her mother-in-law's funeral, which we understand. But during those almost 4 hours, she promised to come or sent fragmented information including key pickup.
