Cons: Just our luck we were awakened at 5:00 am with a persistent fire alarm. In my experience with hotels this happens for 1 of 2 reasons: either someone thought they could get away with smoking in their room. Or someone overtoasted a loaf of bread and created smoke. It was the latter in this case. I wish someone would assess the severity of a situation rather than start with panic. Adding no one would tell us what happened as if we’re not entitled to know. Horrible

Excellent staff who went above and beyond. Disappointed with cleanliness.

Pros: The property’s location was convenient for my needs Cons: The floor in my room had not been cleaned. There were several areas of dried spills.
