Pros: Overall, the hotel has great potential, is cozy, well-maintained, and has clean rooms. Cons: More attention should be paid to service. I warned staff yesterday that we had to leave at 8 a.m. and asked them to prepare lunch boxes with breakfast for us, but the staff forgot about it.
