Mandatory cleaning option
Mandatory cleaning option of 99€ even for 4 nights: a mandatory option, never seen that before. The sheets were optional, I don't understand why cleaning wasn't also. Especially since it was indicated as an option, so a real communication error. Otherwise, beautiful spacious apartment, beautiful lake view, but no services in May (no bakery, restaurant, entertainment, pool closed...).

Great apartment but catastrophic experience with HomeAway and the owner
The apartment is great, we recommend it, however, we had to search for information on HomeAway, no information once the reservation was made, and to top it off, when we arrived there, the person at the reception was not aware of anything, not even the wifi code... But great apartment and setting!
