Disappointed
An adults only venue with an adults only price tag and where I felt like I was being treated as an inconvience to the staff. The check in procedure is archaic. You must have a physical card or photographic. Neither of which I had and that was met with a blank expression. Who else do you think I am! Room wasn't ready but we guarantee it by 3. At 2.45 -- come back in 15 minutes! The room was a garden room but for this price point I'd expect a king-size bed and Aircon but nothing. Back to reception for dressing gowns but when I asked for a locker key we couldn't have one because they are rese
