Enjoyed our break in Birmingham but the apartment was certainly not luxurious.
Cons: The apartment was in a very scruffy area. The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable, we had to sleep in the lounge area. There was no handwash in either bathroom. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen area. There were old drinks left in the fridge. Thought £30 was very expensive for early check-in.

Pros: Location was ok. Apartment was good. Cons: Couldn’t park on the property, was told fob was left on kitchen worktop, it was not, fob on key opened pedestrian gate not car park gate.
Pros: I thought the place was just laid out nice and it was comfy and just overall a nice place to stay. Cons: Didn't have a single problem
