Good hotel. Would stay again.
Pros: Good price. Very nice staff. Very central. Close to station/town. Cons: The area around the hotel wasn't great/roadworks.

Pros: The location is very good, it is comfortable, we enjoyed it. Cons: I informed the hotel by email that my son will turn 18 on that day and asked for a small surprise and the possibility of a park
Pros: The location is very good, it is comfortable, we enjoyed it. Cons: I informed the hotel by email that my son will turn 18 on that day and asked for a small surprise and the possibility of a parking space. I received no response! The windows are poorly insulated, it was very noisy at night. For the overnight costs, I expected more luxury, individuality, and commitment.

Great building, staff fab and so helpful, let down by senior management not dealing with issues

Enjoyable visit to Dundee
Pros: Comfortable room, very good breakfast, staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, great view of Discovery and waterfront. Cons: Room was too hot and noisy if the window was open, no AC
