Pros: The staff members are genuinely caring and always attentive to customers' needs. Cons: That taxi driver who overcharged us was not even associated with the hotel. Perhaps the hotel could consider checking the backgrounds of the taxi drivers they recommend to ensure a better experience for their guests.

Pros: Beautiful environment and nature reflecting. Also the amenities are great for personal hygiene. Cons: Well maintained and enough space made our stay Comfortable also the supportive staff who were always flexible. Special mention to EBENEZER for a smooth check-in despite of late arrival.
