Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. There is the tram noise other reviewers mentioned, but it is in the busy
Pros: Location at old town, restaurants and parking. Cons: Street entrance unattractive (dirty with leaves and general dirt from street) ) so it lowers confidence before reaching the actual apartment.

Modern apartment, with perfect location in Bremen
Pros: Great apartment, in a perfect location in Bremen. Modernly equipped, nothing was missing. Communication was great and it was very easy to get the key. There was a bottle of water ready, plenty of tea and coffee were also available. Everything clean and well maintained. Cons: The blackout blinds in the living/sleeping area could have been a bit darker or could possibly be replaced by curtains.

Pros: Superb location, comfortable and clean flat. Cons: During the check-in you need to find the flat out of 4 doors. After a long journey, it is a bit uncomfortable and feels like a logic quiz. A door sign can be very helpful. If you are coming as a family, be aware that you will have to work in making the extra bed and find the bedding. You don't expect this on holiday. As the flat is in a central location, the tram is heard very loud inside. So, if noise disrupts you, it isn't the place for you.
All okay, well equipped for a short stay, just not easy to find.
