A great 9 days in Puerto de la Cruz. Beautiful hotel and pool.
Pros: Beautiful pool, great location and helpful staff. Cons: There were some dangerous slippery patches around the pool area (specifically near the bar). Water was cleaned away but returned (seemed to be coming from a drain). I slipped and hurt myself.

Ein exelentes Frühstück, reiche Auswahl mit zusätzlichem Angebot a la Card. Täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
I expected much more from such an hotel which was the most expensive one in the area. The value for money was low.
Pros: 1 Elevator didn’t work we had to wait so long for it to arrive that we had to go down the stairs few times a day ! 9 floors! Doesn’t make any sense! Also the premium level room views were fantastic but the room especially the bathroom needs renovation!! And the TV has NO channels in English!! Don’t understand that. It was a dissatisfaction Cons: As i mentioned The tv has no English Channels - nothing to watch One of The elevators didn’t work so we had to go down by the stairs few times a day 9 floors, otherwise waiting so long for the elevators to come Bathroom situation bad.
