Good
Pros: Breakfast should have more continental options, staff was good. Feels nearby to haram if you can afford taxi. Overall good experience. Cleaninless is just okay. Cons: Breakfast has more Arabic options rather continental

We will NEVER stay here again.
Pros: Location to the Haram and Almasjid Alqatari however, it is not closed to shops and restaurants. Cons: The parking spaces were very limited. The customer service and response time were also unsatisfactory. For example, the staff called me and knocked on my door at 1:00 a.m. because they had missed my online request, submitted at 4:00 p.m., to have the room cleaned.kids swimming pool is in charge not free( mentioned on tiny line)
