Worst stay ever in my life you should refund my money and close the doors
Pros: Nothing wasn’t even worth the money put into it the room smelled like sewage!!!! Bed was broken, no refrigerator, elevator was broken worse stay I’ve ever had I would appreciate a refund but we all know these cheap hotels can’t even maintain their properties much less make up for horrible customer service Cons: Everything other than the staff they did no harm

Pros: The hotel did not serve breakfast. Cons: Our room floor was dirty, the sheets had paw prints on them. We had to purchase cleaning products to clean the bathroom. Crumbs were all over the table, chairs and floors. The pillowcases were dirty. We had to ask for a blanket. We were told that no other rooms were available, so we had to stay in that room. Bugs (roaches) were on the floor and bed. I have pictures to prove what was noted. Very disappointed and displeased. We were not expecting royal treatment, but cleanliness.

Pros: Maybe the location Cons: Old room, old furniture, had to wait for about 90 minutes to get checked in even though it was supposed to be ready before we even arrived at the premises. The room and the furniture was very old, not clean. We asked for at least a partial refund because we checked out immediately, but of course that wasn't even considered and the argument given was you checked in.
