Pros: I like the chocolate happy hour. The service was outstanding Cons: It wasn’t dirty however it didn’t give the impression of a super clean room. The room was too dark and makes you feel crowded

I love the valet parking for the car. The meal and service at the restaurant, also the convenience of not having to leave the hotel for dinner or breakfast

Pros: The front staff and cleaning staff were very nice, and the room was clean and tidy Cons: The location of the room for a 5-star hotel was not good at all. The reception was on the 5th floor, and my room was on the 1st floor. Paying almost $350 a night should have gotten a room with a much better view and not a basement room
