Pros: Room was nice and comfortable, good location Cons: Service was awful, shower gel was empty on arrival, breakfast was very lacking and service was terrible

Pros: Room was nice and comfortable, good location Cons: Service was awful, shower gel was empty on arrival, breakfast was very lacking and service was terrible. We had to wait 30mins for our previously selected breakfast and selection was very poor. Staff didn't seem to care. For a supposedly 5 star experience it's was very underwhelming.

Nice place but because no elevator I would not stay there again

Pros: It was nice. Room very comfortable. Staff great Cons: No elevator. Had to walk stairs with luggage

Beautiful and peaceful and stunning and stayed here twice at no 4 Carlton.

Pros: Beautiful decoration and design so well Excellent bed and brilliant shower and lots of choice for breakfast Cons: No lift but stairs were ok if you have light luggage
