Pros: The staff was really great, they make the hotel worth 5 stars. They were willing to help with anything, unfortunately the restaurant is not really busy which is a shame because the food is good.
Cons: I expect cleaner rooms from a 5-star hotel. Maybe we were unlucky that the family rooms needed renovation? But unfortunately, they were not worth 5 stars, poorly finished and cleaned. Crumbs on the couch, hair in the bathroom, loose toilet seat. The bath hose was leaking, causing water to spray everywhere. A wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent service, a great location, and an inviting atmosphere.
Pros: A stunning and cozy boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be visiting again. Next time, I'll be sure to enjoy the spa treatments as well.

Great vibes, great bed, great time
Pros: Really great location with outstanding staff. So friendly and the room was delightful! Food was delicious, especially the Chicken Espetada.
Cons: Food times felt slow but that could just be our own personal preferences. We do understand that everything was made from scratch and we enjoyed all of our food.
