Pros: Tisztaság, szokásos Novotel szoba Cons: Nagyon hideg volt és nem volt fűtés! Emellett még sosem fordult velem elő, hogy egy szálláson nem tudták megoldani a gluténmentes reggelit. Ez egy 4 csillagos hotel, ahol semmilyen rugalmasság nincs senkiben, a munkatársak vállalhatatlanul beszélnek és viselkednek, és nem tudtak gluténmentes reggelit biztosítani, ami alap egy panzióban is. Kritikán aluli a szolgáltatási színvonal. Már a becsekkolásra is vagy 15 percet vártam, mert senki nem volt a recepción!
Good location for a pitstop, despite its issues we all slept well enough
Pros: Bed was comfortable enough, with the extra door the room is nice and quiet. The lady who checked us in was very nice Cons: The room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, somebody else’s towel was hanging up, there were old yoghurts and a filthy ice cube tray in the room’s mini fridge and there were dried out strawberries on the bed. We tried to get a drink from the hotel bar on arrival but no staff present, turns out the member of staff was sat outside smoking and watching her phone while having a drink herself
