I come back with my eyes closed

I come back with my eyes closed. Thank you to the golden staff who welcomed my children (1 and 4 years old) and me with a smile and good humor. We had a great weekend. Nothing to complain about the room. Everything is spotless. The restaurant is excellent, it was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel was very clean and modern

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Free use of the spa pool area at the leisure centre was a massive bonus and one of the reasons I booked this place. Only things to change would be to look at the air conditioning in the two-floor family rooms. The upstairs was persistently too hot as there was no ventilation up there, made sleep uncomfortable. The restaurant and bar were way too expensive. I know it’s Megève but the prices were insane. It’s a Novotel after all and would have been nice to use the hotel as a cheaper option in town. Our family had a great stay. The only thing is to remind the families to prepare for the swimming pool, it’s very particular but doable.
