As Basic As it Gets - You Get What You Pay For...!

Pros: Location is good. Short walk to attractions. TV channels very good. Front desk man very pleasant and helpful. Cons: Had a lower level room with several kids thumping and running around in the room directly above 24/7. Wasn't worth complaining for 2 days as I only slept and showered there to go biking in Niagara. Shower didn't work - would not stay on. Gave up after several tries. No room service provided.

Great location.

Pros: Location is amazing and we could walk to all the attractions . The owner was very welcoming and accommodating for parking our car. Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and there was no way to make or get a coffee.

Pros: it is within walking distance to clifton hill and niagara falls Cons: The bathroom light is defective. Two nights it wont turn on when we need to pee middle of the night
