Not worth the money!
The Employees are absolutely great, no complaints there! But for the price we paid and the amenities offered it was a waste of money! Paid over $400 a night to not be able to use amenities because of overcrowding and room services failed as well...empty fridge in our room.
Excellent Guest Service
The service was everything you'd hope for at a lovely location such as this. Every team member, no matter the time of day or role, was considerate, responsive, and helpful. A smile every time you passed, an acknowledgement as you left and came back, doors opened throughout. The location itself is lovely, though I'm uninterested in the sports aspect. The large halls were excellent for our event, and the food was quite good. I would stay again should I find myself back in Dallas.
Amazing experience hosting a meeting!
From the time we toured the Omni, we knew this is where we wanted to hold our training, which included a lot on customer service. Our hope was our attendees would see what great customer service looks like and bring that back to their teams. The team at Omni did not disappoint. We were only a group of 20, but we were treated so well. The banquet and event staff is truly incredible. We'll be back again next year.
Would recommend to every person visiting Frisco.
The customer service was top notch, rooms and hotel were very clean! The fragrance of their lobby was amazing, and all toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap were soo nice.
Excellent service and friendly staff
I had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others!
