Incredible days in a delicious hotel worthy of the city.
Perfect location, close to everything. Amazing team, from check-in to valets. They spared no effort to please us and give us all the necessary tips. They provide a transfer to restaurants and the like. Great gym and very well equipped.
One of the best hotels in the world
Pros: Basically everything: it is well located, the hotel itself has outstanding restaurants, the breakfast, the service, the canal, the room, the spa with unlimited tea and almonds with chocolate and carrot cake. We would like to give a special thanks to Abdul, the host, who was very kind, funny, happy, etc. Cons: Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.
The best hotel we have stayed at!
We stayed at the One and Only for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better location/hotel. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and they made our stay feel homely with nice touches throughout the stay. We ate at the grill restaurant during our stay and the steak was incredible. Absolutely a 5-star experience in every area. Breakfast is an absolute 10/10, again the staff are so helpful in accommodating requests and food is served in good time.

Amazing hotel and staff
First time at One and Only, and it did not disappoint. Not only a great location, but an amazing hotel and the absolute best part was the staff. I would give the staff 100 stars. I wish I could remember all their names (they remember us all the time), but Elton at the bar and Feroz at concierge became our best friends.
