A flawless stay from start to finish

Pros: Everything about our stay was excellent. The location right on the River Thames was stunning, the room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the service from the entire team was attentive and professional throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, with great quality and variety. Cons: Honestly, we struggled to find anything to point out. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with real care and professionalism. If we had to be picky, we might say the only "downside" is that it sets the bar so high that other hotels will have a hard time comparing.
