Great stay in Baku and will definitely be back soon!
Pros: The property was in the Old City and very central to all Baku attractions. They served a great breakfast every morning. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Special mention about Kamran at reception- amazing guy and went out of his way to make sure I had a good stay! Thank you Kamran - nice to meet such a friendly and helpful guy.

A little overpriced for what they offer.
Pros: The location is great and the breakfast was also very good. The staff is also very friendly, they speak functional English, but very good Russian.
Cons: The price is a little too much for what they offer. I have had significantly cheaper and better places in other cities and also in Baku.

We had a very pleasant stay where we felt at home in Baku.
Pros: I liked the central location of the hotel and especially the attention of the staff. When they found out we were Turkish, they took special care of us, patiently answered all our questions, and did their best to make us feel at home. The breakfast was really good; various and tasty options were offered.
Cons: We did not experience any serious negatives during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything, and the attention of the hotel staff more than made up for any minor shortcomings.

The staff is very friendly, and the hotel's location is very good. The breakfast is sufficient. After all, the most beautiful breakfast in the world is Turkish breakfast; you can find the same things at the hotel as you would eat outside. Different things can be tried with the money spent on breakfast.

Hello Pera Hotel
Pros: We traveled for the second time between June 9 and June 13, 2026. We were welcomed by receptionist Kamuran, who was very friendly and helpful. He carried the suitcases up to the 3rd floor because there is no elevator. We thank the receptionist and Eldar, chef Ruhsar, and the other receptionist Kamran. Especially Ruhsar was very attentive; she asked if we had any special requests during breakfast and prepared fried potatoes. The hotel staff were very happy to see us for the second time. Their sincerity, friendliness, and helpfulness were very genuine. The hotel is located right in the cen
