Excellent overnight stay experience.

My family and I were meeting friends in Cardiff at a show and the was ideally placed for a short trip in and out of the city centre to get to the theatre. The common areas of the hotel were all very well maintained and clean. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I love the self check-in system, a major bonus to avoid the queues when checking in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a very good and peaceful night's sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

Won’t visit again

Absolutely awful in dining room not enough staff to take orders some guests had to leave because they stopped taking orders.

Worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in

Picked this for it's location. Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, and like many of us I have stayed in many across the UK. Room as usual Ok but not particularly clean. Bathroom unclean (see photos). Toilet not clean, Sink plus blocked with a plaster and shower glass dirty. You don't expect perfection from PM but basic cleanliness I do expect. Left a direct poor review and to be expected I received no response.

Family weekend in Cambridge

The hotel was ideal for us to both get into town and go to the football ground! The family room suited us as a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and found the evening meal and breakfast deal a bargain. There was a good range of food for both adults and children. The staff in the restaurant were both helpful and knowledgeable.
