A stay of 10
Pros: A very pleasant walk to reach the central area, very well located. Very close attention and with a good disposition. Varied and good buffet. You can buy food and have dinner in the common area on the ground floor. Cons: To put a downside, the parking lot could not be used, but one day we were able to park on the same street in a free area and another day in the blue zone for 4€.

Nice hotel with shortcomings
Pros: Good location Cons: No functioning Wi-Fi in the hotel. Many homeless people in front of the hotel. Large square in front of the hotel where loud people gather at night. Not possible to sleep with the window open.
