The most disgusting place we’ve come across in all our travels; the comments about it being clean are a complete lie.
Pros: Absolutely nothing—what a lousy hotel: dirty, foul-smelling, and with almost zero service. Cons: The property was filthy and smelled bad—though the odor dissipated after leaving the A/C running. The room was on the second floor of a hotel with no elevator. Amenities like the microwave, coffee maker, and even the hair dryer were completely neglected and had received absolutely no cleaning. There were other people's hairs on the towels, and the bathtub and toilet still contained waste from previous guests.

Pros: This hotel was close to everything you need especially Carowinds. The bed was comfortable. The staff was decent and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Cons: The pool was nasty and was not clean the whole time we was there and we stayed here for a week,so my daughter and I couldn't even get in the pool at all. The Ice machine was also not cleaned at all.

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience, Everything about the room/Hotel was filthy. My family didn't feel safe, due to the back door had a tree branch in between the back door to allow people to freely enter the facility without a key card

Nasty rooms.
Pros: Location Cons: It was very obviously not cleaned before our arrival. There was someone’s hair all over the toilet seat when we checked in as well as chips/food all over the floor. The booking stated I was getting a queen room with 2 queen beds and they were very obviously 2 full sized beds. When I brought up my concerns the man at the front desk argued with me saying they were definitely queens and didn’t really do anything to rectify the situation about the room being absolutely disgusting. I tried to just get a refund and leave and he refused. It was honestly horrible.
