Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros: Room was great. It made a big difference having two elements, microwave and washing machine/drier. Fabulous having electric blankets. When we walked out the door we were right on Lambton Quay. Cons: Hotel is getting older but some of the features were beautiful such as the lifts, lights and artwork.

Don't waste your money.
Pros: location was great and central. Easy walking distance from stadium and TePapa etc. Cons: It was so noisy at night. We were on the 8th floor and incredibly noisy until after 2 am. Room was VERY tired. Mismatched free standing heaters and dehumidifiers. Heated towel racks that didn't work. Net curtains ripped and windows filthy. Bathroom tiles cracked. Carpet needed changing. Furniture like a student flat! Very disappointed as I had read ok reviews / rated 4 star - expected its to be on the basic side but still maintained - but Quest you have let your name down with a substandard product.
