Nice but £50 deposit a joke.
Pros: Nice room. Good hairdryer. Air conditioning. Cons: AC didn’t work but staff dealt with it promptly. May not stay again though as I am not happy you have to pay £50 deposit even though the room is prepaid. Said the charge to my credit card would be released when housekeeping have checked the room. What did they think I was going to do ? Anyway the charge is still not released 5 days later.
Pros: View Cons: A/C didn't work, was hot in restaurant, Bfast felt like in a motel, hotel was like a ghost town

Pros: Room was clean and a good size
Pros: Room was clean and a good size. Nice to have bottled water in room on arrival, coffee and tea making facilities and an iron a d ironni g board. Location to city centre and docks area. Cons: Only one of the two lifts in operation during my stay. Breakfast was a bit overpriced.
