Great location, breakfast. Rooms need maintenance.
Pros: Great location and impressive breakfast spread and service. Friendly, helpful staff. Cons: Our bathroom had a shocking amount of mold outside of the shower and stained floors with marks on the walls. I was very surprised to see this standard in a Radisson. The rooms could use a refresh. Pillows were really low standard.
Best location and modern rooms - plus an extensive breakfast
Pros: Great hotel in a good and safe location in Pinheiros, attentive and English-speaking staff. From check-in to check-out, every wish was fulfilled. Cons: The breakfast room is a bit small. When it's busy, it can get a bit cozy. But the staff quickly clears and sets up the available tables again.
