Overwhelming experience
Pros: The employees are nice and always available. The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. Cons: The location is a little bit too far from the Niagara Center. No bus hop on-hop off is passing near the hotel. The 25 min walking from the bus station to the hotel is not pleasant in the evening.(a lot of addicted people on the sidewalk). The hop on-hop off buses online schedule has nothing to do with the reality. The buses are always dozens of minutes late.(a super bad investment compared with 5-10$/day parking space for the car)

Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: We initially booked Ramada which was walking distance to the falls but Ramada moved us to the best western plus at the last minute which was a very old run down hotel and was about 10 minutes drive from the falls. We were very disappointed with the location and the hotel. I contacted the hotel and booking .com to see if we can get a refund for one night coz we had to book a hotel on the falls since best western was so far away and we did not have no views.
