The hotel has a very good restaurant
The hotel has a very good restaurant. The whole ambiance of the lobby and bar reminds of the 80s. It is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Garage without elevator to carry luggage
Garage without elevator to carry luggage. Rooms very cold. Very inconvenient location to reach the center. No convenient means of transportation.

Upon arrival, I asked about the restaurant's opening hours
Upon arrival, I asked about the restaurant's opening hours. I was told it was closed today, but sandwiches or other snacks were available at the bar. Unfortunately, there was no indication in the booking or on the hotel's website. A staff member at the open bar, whom I asked, said it was not her concern, there was a sign on the restaurant door, and besides, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds were okay, but there were some other minor issues that are certainly worth improving, which I will gladly share with you and the hotel.

Reduced value for money
Reception staff unfriendly, we were sold a balcony on which smoking is not allowed even though we specified we are smokers. Pillows full of dust and smelled old.
