Excellent. Staff very professional and helpful
Pros: Good location for city centre and station. Staff were all very helpful and really pleasant. Nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast. Room very clean Cons: Fan in bathroom not effective so stale smell from moisture.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. A very good location. Cons: Bathroom was dirty and there are water stains on the bathroom ceiling. I paid for a breakfast which was basically inedible. Uncooked and cold. At 8 oclock in the morning. Also parking charges at the site are exhorbitant.

Unhygienic room with strong urine odour, no cot provided, manager promised full refund but hotel refused — terrible expe
Pros: Nothing — the room was unclean, unhygienic, and not fit for my family. No cot was provided despite being requested in advance. Cons: Checked in at 6pm — the room smelt strongly of urine and was unclean. I requested a cot for my young child in advance but none was provided. I returned at 11pm from a wedding and told the manager I couldn’t stay — but I had my elderly disabled mother and two young children with me, nowhere safe to go at that hour. The duty manager agreed the room was unsuitable and confirmed a full refund in person on 24th Aug — yet the hotel has ignored me and refused to p
