Terrible management, awful staff
Pros: The gardens were pretty. There were peacocks. The rooms were beautiful. Yoga instructor Sakshi was great. Cons: The staff were lazy, not well trained, and unprofessional. Even senior management is happy to see guests unhappy. When given direct negative feedback, they do not ask further questions or try to remedy the situation. They pretend not to see or hear you. They did the absolute least possible and made sure my stay was as uncomfortable as possible. They will forget your order and insist you never ordered. You have to ask for something at least 5 times, and they will give your requ
