Pros: No breakfast, staff was uncooperative, the room was filthy, the manager was also uncooperative, the steps going to the second floor are in bad condition, there was a lot of old office furniture blocking the walkway to the steps to the second floor. The manager told us that we could only have one more set of towels, the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep. I have never stayed in a Red Roof that was this terrible. Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing Cons: The door had outer damage as if someone attempted to break in. The top security latch nobody was broken off. The floor/rug was crusty, there was garbage under the bed. The refrigerator hummed, there was a safe on a little round pedestal which was weird. The bathroom, well, there was a dirty ring of dirt around the tub, dirty floor, the towels are not bleached and were dingy. One of our beds had dirt under the covers as if someone had already climbed in it with dirt on there feet. There didn't exist a table. The one chair had a crusty rim just around the top of the seat just

Pros: Location was great. Staff were nice. Cons: The Bed sheets are so dirty with dog paw prints all over. Front desk brought new sheets to change them out. The staff also took pictures of how bad it was and said they’d notify management. Offered to switch rooms but we were so tired and it was a lot of stuff to move. It was 11pm and we had been so busy all day, and just wanted to sleep. Then we noticed Poop on the toilet seat and dark, long hair all on the bathroom floor. Woke up to shower— Tub is dirty too and there was no shower gel in the pump on the wall. Had to wash with shampoo. Ugh. Tal

Pros: I did not like anything about the property. Cons: We left as soon as we walked into the room. It was extremely disappointing, disgusting, dirty, and overall generally unacceptable.
