Pros: The staff is excellent
Pros: The staff is excellent. The location is incredible. It's right on the pier right across the street from the splash pad. My son loves it. We've been there for months off and on Cons: The only thing that I didn't like is that the floors are mopped so when you first get to your room they're oily feeling. But my lady brings bleach when you clean the floors and we're good to go
Expectations massively exceeded & Incredible Value!
Pros: Janet at the front desk immediately greeted us when we arrived, and she was SO sweet! It immediately gave us great vibes. The room was super clean, comfy, and surprisingly big! Especially considering what we paid. The whole experience - the beds, the indoor pool, parking, distance to the beach - literally everything was way beyond what we expected. Incredible value! We will absolutely be back! Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a little low. It took a long time to shower because of the water pressure, but that was easily forgiven!
Sad but true
Pros: That is right across from the St Augustine Beach pier and that's where I grew up nice clean rooms Cons: I received a call to the landline in the room and a lady imposter was saying she was from regency and she wanted to refund my money trying to get into my cash app account that wasn't good woke me up from a nap and tried to drain my count of 700 dollars
My stay was very great. Will be booking with them again.
