Pros: Good location, good gym. Clean. Cons: Personnel failed to give breakfast vouchers and tell when and where the breakfast is served. The hotel is seen quite many years.

Takes your money, but doesn't follow through with the actual room.
Stay away from this hotel! We booked 7 months in advance to be sure we had a room to attend a popular concert in the nearby M&T Bank stadium that night. We prepaid at a rate that was three times their normal rate. We arrived at their 4pm check in time and stood in line to check in for 2 hours before reaching the desk only to be told that they had no clean rooms ready for us. The desk agent said that they were cleaning rooms and that if went to the concert a room would be available for us upon our return. We even provided identification and our card for incidentals. Super clean and comfortable. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip!

Pros: The room was very nice
Pros: The room was very nice. I wish we had a view of the water, however, I believe that was my booking error in not requesting. Overall, everything is in walking distance. We will definitely come back and stay. It was the perfect place to stay for my boyfriend's birthday. I do feel like the parking should be free if you are staying in the hotel. That was the only downside. Cons: The only downside is that you have to pay for parking despite staying at the hotel. I think there should be a tag to put in car to state that you are staying in the hotel. Wonderful hotel.
