Muito boa
Pros: Atendimento e conforto Cons: Muita demora no atendimento no spa e na entregada e na saída
A Very Disappointing Experience
Pros: Location, cleaning staff, breakfast Cons: The hotel was undergoing construction work that continued throughout both afternoons I spent there, making it impossible to rest. Despite repeated complaints, including by email, no effective action was taken. I was upgraded to a suite, which I appreciated, but the drilling and hammering continued there as well. Ultimately, the upgrade solved nothing, and the lack of meaningful response made me feel that my concerns were simply not being taken seriously. A deeply disappointing experience for a hotel of this standard.
Pros: Conforto, limpeza e cafe da manha Cons: Nada

For corporate types and incredibly loud, excellent location
Pros: The rooms were fine, the staff were excellent and very friendly The breakfast was good and if you need to be in the centre of town its an excellent location Cons: At the entrance to this massive hotel there is a large sushi and drinks bar, lots of business people sitting and drinking and shouting and talking very loud. A bit too corporate for me. And expensive for what it offers. Maybe if it wasnt so cold and one could use the pool it would make it more worthwhile
