Excellent stay in Shanghai
Pros: Fantastic hotel, very well located, next to the old city and Yuyuan Park, lively streets full of shops and restaurants to walk, eat, and shop as soon as you leave the hotel. A 10-minute walk to the Bund. You can easily walk to all the places in Shanghai and also have the metro right in front, although we did not use it because when we needed to move around, we used Didi, which works great and is very cheap. The family rooms are very spacious, the bed and bathroom are very comfortable and perfectly clean. They have a Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules replenished daily. The city vie

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros: Comfortable and good location. Cons: On the first day of check-in, I was given the wrong room that I had selected. It was a small room with a different view. Upon check-in, I already showed and highlighted my booking. The staff was rude and intentionally arranged a different room. Even though I had already paid the deposit, they asked for an extra deposit.

Pros: The hotel was very good in terms of location
Pros: The hotel was very good in terms of location. It was a 10-minute walk to Nanjing Road, 4 minutes to Yuyuan Old Street, and 10-12 minutes to the Huangpu River, which was great to be close to the metro station. Urban transportation is a big problem due to traffic, but the metro saves lives. Cons: The rooms were old and small, easily letting outside noises in. The breakfast was insufficient. Since our flight was at 10:20 PM on the last day, we requested a late check-out by paying an extra fee, but they said they couldn't do it without any explanation. At least every guest deserves a more si
