Very aggravating.
Pros: Nice room Cons: No ice on my floor, told to cross over to the next hotel to get ice. Front desk does not answer there phone. No option to call house keeping for assistance. No parking except valet and price was extremely high!

Great Experience
My family were waiting for a much needed break, and this is exactly what we were looking for. The service was great, and Ashley and Lauren, especially, were so sweet and accommodating. The hotel was also spacious, and the rooms were very clean and had everything you could think of.
