A horrible experience with no customer service, no assistance, and no reimbursement.
Pros: Not a thing. Cons: The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid for the entire night and was given a key, but after going out for dinner, I accidentally lost it. When I returned, the front desk was completely closed. They provided an emergency number, but I called multiple times and left voice messages, and no one ever answered or responded. I had no choice but to spend the entire night sleeping in my car, despite having already paid for the room. I have traveled to many countries and have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service. Emergencies can happen, but ther

Pros: Nice staff ..good location .. Cons: I recently stayed at the Ripetide Oceanfront Hotel and Tiki Bar for 3 nights. I stayed in this hotel/motel 12 years ago for the first time and then 8 years ago. Back then I loved the ambience, beach front and that it was in the north end of the boardwalk. So I decided to bring my 6 year old grandson for the weekend. I must tell you how disappointed I was. So let’s start .. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel by any means. I’m realistic and understand that for the price point it was going to be a 3 star hotel at best. But what I found was so disappointi
