Not happy at all , lots of things that were not like pictures on website . Very very very disappoint

Five minute drive from Niagara Falls, bonus points to say you stayed at "The Ritz"!
Pros: I liked how friendly and informed the staff was. The shower was better than the one I have at home, and the room was ice cold when we got there (this was good because it was summertime). My favorite part was receiving an actual room key instead of a plastic card for room access. I am thankful for an amazing location close to Niagara Falls and parking was only $15 per night! Cons: The rooms were a little dated and the TV seemed to have only one channel that worked. Cleanliness was not the best, but I would not say that the room was "dirty". Je n’ai pas séjourné je me suis trouvé un autre hôtel c’était trop sale
Cons: Tout étais sales la pire hôtel que j’ai eu poils dans le frigo, insectes dans le bain ainsi que sur les serviettes, moisissures dans le bain et les fenêtres, toiles d’araignées dans la fenêtre de salle de bain, draps taché.
