Pros: The room was spacious and clean
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Towels were refreshed daily and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The location to the Arial car is fantastic and within walking distance but a bit far to walk to the falls. Parking is crazy in the falls area so if you are looking for a hotel you can walk to the falls to this one might be out too far. You could catch the bus, it is on route. They had free breakfast which was good and our room had a kitchenette which we used

Think carefully before booking
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Clean sheets.
Cons: Lack of hot water for a morning shower. No plug for the bath. Phone in the room unplugged. Only one washcloth for the room. The pool was treated with bleach (skin burns after swimming for children and parents) with missing ceramic tiles. Plastic plant in the jacuzzi because it is no longer functional. Need investment in this area. No towels at the pool. Breakfast: toaster and waffle maker that don't work well. I understand that times are tough but when you only have this stay as a vacation, it's disappointing.

I do not recommend this place to anyone
Pros: Breakfast was no longer available. They offer breakfast like a restaurant at $8.99. My wife, daughter, and I couldn't have breakfast, no tables available, and the dishes had nothing in them. We had to go eat at the restaurant. Even after 5 minutes, no staff came to see us. We left this establishment and I do not recommend it to anyone. The room I had was dirty, the sheets weren't even changed with dirty sheets, the room had a strong smell of mold and bad odor, the wallpaper was peeling off in several places due to humidity present in the room. Really disappointed after complaining about

While the price was attractive...the property was not. Everything felt run down & neglected.
Pros: The price was the only good thing. The room appeared to have been renovated but there were lots of things missing or unacceptable. Having a kitchenette was a bonus.
Cons: Everything seemed to be neglected...the landscaping (weeds, yucky gardens), tiles off the walls in the pool area, the shower didn't have anywhere to put soap, garbage laying around, bedroom was not tidied during our stay, our balcony was actually an asphalt roofing, paid parking, terrible signage & front facade. Very disappointing. The "little things" were missing.
