Cottage was wonderfully cool during the very hot week.
Pros: The truly beautiful and very large garden with pond, with wisteria-covered gazebo, etc. The hospitable welcome and super nice Kirsten and Stephan. Very nice surroundings. On my birthday, in the morning, there was just a bottle of champagne at the door, which we drank together in the evening with the usual Happy Birthday. Cons: We had the cottage, but this was not so suitable for us (elderly couple) because the bedroom was upstairs (with a steep staircase) and the bathroom with toilet downstairs. Therefore, Kirsten and Stephan offered us an extra bedroom on the ground floor, with shower,
