Overall it was a great stay and good value with the perfect location and I will be staying there again when I come back

Pros: Got a free upgrade , but the room was nice , ac was good and the staff was friendly. Was also in the city center so it was walking distance to everything ! Cons: N/A

Great hotel in a central location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional, especially Desmond at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. His outstanding service really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Good, nice and "cheap"

Pros: The place was very central, close to Plaza Mayor, Sol and Opera, super well located. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly. Cons: The room was small, considering that we were upgraded to a better one, but still, it was small. Also, the shower was full of mold.
