Overall it was good
Pros: The rooms are very good, always clean and very organized Cons: The restaurants for reservations are terrible, not worth booking, I had to eat at the Buffet restaurant because you get hungry.

It was nice, the receptionist was so helpful. I want to talk about specific people, for example, the entertainment Lady
Pros: It was nice overall Cons: The place where I was staying was very far from where we had breakfast, but it wasn't much of a problem.
Angel Chan was an amazing waiter, and I hope if we ever come back to see him again.
Going to Royal Solaris was an amazing experience. It was very clean, very fun, great views, and the service was amazing, especially this one waiter, Angel Chan. He was very nice, polite, and respectful. His service was awesome and always made us special drinks, which were amazing, and a cake for our last day. He treated us more like family than customers. Royal Solaris was one of the best experiences yet.
Amazing with tolerable heat
Angel Chan was very steadfast and dutiful. He gave us good service throughout our stay at Royal Solaris.

Cons: They allow reserving lounge chairs even if there is no one at the pool since the hotel does not have enough lounge chairs or enough space. They do not have natural flavored drinks; you never find a fresh water with lemon, hibiscus, mango, guava, etc. I asked in the restaurants, and there simply is no option for fresh waters. The food is not labeled with possible allergenic ingredients. There are no options for people i
