I like the staff. I’ve stayed here umpteen times since the 1980’s - but it’s unlikely I’ll be going back
Pros: Great staff Cons: The shower didn’t work The WiFi didn’t work and I had to be switched to a different internal channel Whenever I book via Booking.com nowadays I always get put into a room on the first floor far removed from the lobby area

Back to the dark ages.
Pros: The fact it was in the Station for train to and from. Cons: £50 refundable deposit...still have no clue why? No towels in room, when supplied, given a dirty grey, ripped 'leisure centre' towel, what member of staff actually thought it was acceptable to put this in my room!!!?? No shower for me. Breakfast shocking at 9am...food obv lying for hours and no refreshing of items (cooked). All meat items hard and cold. Never again.
