Good and convenient
Pros: Very well placed to reach South Ken, Richmond and Kew. Easy walk from tube and near shops and restaurants. Cons: Our room looked out onto a basement wall. Shower wasn't terribly powerful. For a room with kitchen etc felt it lacked an easy chair. Beside tables have rounded edges and are metal so not quiet to use during night and things fall off easily.

Pros: Generally, the whole experience was good and acceptable. Iwill definitely recommend tomy friends and colleagues Cons: They never cleaned the sink for coffee cups, plates etc. ????? O the third night of the stay, the air-conditioning was inoperative but the hotel elected to refund the uncomfortable night
