The hotel is 5 stars! But...
Pros: I liked almost everything. Cons: At 11:45 am, I tried to enter the room to get my things for check-out, but I couldn't enter because my card was blocked. Absurd! Entering before 3:00 pm, no way. So, check-out has to be at 12:00 pm and not before. ☹️
