Pros: Quiet room overlooking inner courtyard
Pros: Quiet room overlooking inner courtyard. Appreciable after a day of sightseeing. Cons: Immediate proximity to the Erasmus Bridge to take the waterbus or reach the Fenix Food Factory or Foodhallen.

Pros: Quiet room overlooking the inner courtyard. Appreciable after a day of sightseeing. Immediate proximity to the Erasmus Bridge to take the waterbus or reach the Fenix Food Factory or Foodhallen. Being able to enjoy the shared lounge, luggage lockers, complimentary coffee, water fountains, and fruits is extremely appreciable and makes the stay even easier and more enjoyable. Cons: I don't know if it was the person staying above our room who had heavy footsteps or if the ceiling insulation is average, but we could hear all the movements from above, including those late at night and at 6:30

Pros: Being able to enjoy the shared lounge, luggage lockers, free coffee, water fountains, and fruits is extremely appreciated and makes the stay even easier and more enjoyable. Cons: I don't know if it was the person staying above our room who had heavy footsteps or if the ceiling soundproofing is average, but we could hear all movements from above, including late at night and at 6:30 in the morning... That's really the only small downside I would point out.

Good location but disappointed in the rooms
Pros: Good location with nice restaurants nearby, centrally located near the harbour and ferry port. Good breakfast and air conditioning. Cons: Don’t think the cleaning staff are being paid enough. The linen and towels were all fresh and clean. However, it didn’t look like surfaces had been properly cleaned (coffee cup rings on bedside tables, dust on surfaces and skirting boards). The walls are also heavily scuffed and marked which makes the rooms feel a tad shabby. In one room, the shower kept flooding. Some staff attentive and helpful, others indifferent.
