Poor for a Marriott property.
Pros: Location of hotel was excellent and breakfast was above average for the chain. Cons: Room condition was poor. Couch was torn and worn and unusable. It was a handicap room in poor condition seriously needing an upgrade. Shower flooded bathroom, sink falling off wall, carpet torn, etc.
